Responsibilities include:
- Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registering sales accurately and providing courteous checkout service.
- Assisting pharmacists under supervision in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and obtain patient and drug information.
Customer Experience
- Engage with customers and patients, greet them, offer assistance, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
Operations
- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service.
- Recommend products and assist with locating items.
- Handle transactions, including voids, refunds, and exchanges; maintain store cleanliness and inventory; assist with pharmacy operations, including prescription filling and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies, including pharmacy regulations and store policies.
- Support store maintenance, visual displays, and digital services.
Training & Personal Development
- Maintain PTCB certification and participate in ongoing training.
- Be fluent in English; willing to work flexible hours; prefer candidates with retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math, computer skills, and knowledge of inventory control.
