Customer Experience

  • Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products like alcohol and tobacco.
  • Constructs and maintains store displays, completes resets, and assists with product placement and stock rotation.
  • Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photos and promotional products.
  • Manages web pick-up orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Maintains store cleanliness and appearance, and fosters respectful coworker relationships.

Training & Personal Development
