Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales, provides courteous checkout service, and assists pharmacists under supervision with pharmacy tasks such as obtaining patient and drug information, processing prescriptions, and maintaining pharmacy systems.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and shares customer service best practices.
• Provides fast, friendly service, recommends products, handles transactions, maintains store cleanliness, and assists with inventory and pharmacy operations.
• Supports pharmacy activities including prescription filling, inventory management, and compliance with legal and company policies.
• Ensures store appearance and safety standards are met, and supports promotional activities.
• Participates in training, maintains certification, and adheres to all policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: 6 months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification.
