Responsibilities include customer service, checkout processes, inventory management, pharmacy system usage, and compliance with regulations. The position also requires participation in training and personal development, maintaining certifications, and working flexible hours.

Customer Experience

• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolve issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits, to deliver a memorable customer experience.

Operations

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers.
• Recommend products, process transactions, and handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Assist in locating products and maintaining store cleanliness and merchandise presentation.
• Support pharmacy activities, including entering patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, verifying accuracy, and assisting with workflow.
• Report prescription errors immediately and adhere to pharmacy policies and quality standards.
• Handle non-urgent phone calls and process third-party claims efficiently.
• Support inventory management and ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
• Construct and maintain displays, assist with stock rotation, and support store maintenance and appearance.
• Provide photo services and web order pick-up support.
• Maintain respectful relationships with coworkers and complete assigned tasks.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintain PTCB certification and participate in ongoing training and education.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (except in Puerto Rico).
