1. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service to customers.
2. Assists the pharmacist under supervision, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions, in accordance with regulations.

Customer Experience

1. Engages customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
2. Shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits, to enhance customer satisfaction.

Operations

1. Provides courteous, friendly, and efficient service, recommends items, and assists with product location.
2. Handles transactions, including voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges; maintains cleanliness and organization of shelves and counters.
3. Supports pharmacy operations by entering patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, verifying medications, and assisting with workflow.
4. Reports prescription errors immediately, complies with pharmacy policies, and maintains pharmacy codes of conduct.
5. Handles telephone inquiries and processes third-party claims efficiently.
6. Assists with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, and storing pharmaceuticals, and maintains asset protection protocols.
7. Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products and constructs store displays, including promotional and seasonal setups.
8. Supports food and product placement policies, stock rotation, and store cleanliness.
9. Provides photo area services, manages web order pickups, and assists with store maintenance.
10. Follows all company policies, maintains respectful relationships, and completes assigned tasks.

Training & Personal Development

1. Maintains PTCB certification or relevant state certification, attends training, and completes continuing education to stay current in healthcare and pharmacy developments.

Additional Requirements

• Must be fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
