Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
4. Engages customers by greeting and offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure positive experiences.
5. Recommends products, manages transactions, maintains store cleanliness, and supports pharmacy operations such as inventory management and prescription filling.
6. Supports store displays, maintains store appearance, and assists with web order fulfillment and store maintenance.
7. Completes training to maintain PTCB certification and stays updated on healthcare and pharmacy developments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: 6 months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification.

Additional Information
