Responsibilities include:

2. Registering sales and providing courteous, friendly checkout service.
3. Assisting pharmacists under supervision with pharmacy operations, including using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and obtain patient and drug information.

Customer Experience

• Greeting customers and offering assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Sharing customer service best practices with team members.

Operations

• Providing fast, friendly service, recommending products, handling transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with inventory and pharmacy tasks.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintaining PTCB certification and attending ongoing training.
• Fluency in English required; flexible working hours needed.

Preferred qualifications include retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
