Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk to deliver a distinctive customer experience in-store in Wisconsin. You will assist pharmacists under direct supervision, process prescriptions, and provide courteous checkout service.

You will also support inventory, respond to customer questions, and help with photo services and web order pickups. Qualifications include fluent English, willingness to work evenings/weekends, and prior retail experience.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for filling prescriptions accurately (counting, measuring, weighing).
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; handles inventory and pricing tasks as directed.
• Performs duties assigned by Pharmacy Manager and staff pharmacist, including entering patient and drug information and aiding in workflow.
• Reports prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adheres to company policies.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and supports web pick-up operations.
