Job summary

Walgreens in Wisconsin seeks a Customer Experience Associate to provide courteous checkout service, greet customers, and help shoppers find products. You will register purchases on the cash register, handle payments, returns, and exchanges, and assist the pharmacist under supervision using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.

This role requires English fluency, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and, ideally, prior retail experience.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Register customer purchases, handle payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision with entering patient and drug information and processing prescriptions.
• Maintain store cleanliness, inventory, and merchandising.
• Support Pharmacy Department on prescription processing and inventory management.
