Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Customer Experience Clerk to provide friendly checkout service, assist the pharmacist under supervision, and help with medication processing and patient information entry.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends.
Six months of retail experience preferred.
Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
Good math skills for filling prescriptions accurately (counting/measuring).
Good computer skills and familiarity with store inventory control.
PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Register sales at cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
Assist pharmacist under supervision in dispensing prescriptions and entering patient information.
Process prescriptions and ensure accuracy of medications and possible interactions.
Maintain clean, well‑merchandised counters and shelves; assist with inventory and pricing.
Provide customer service in photo area and assist with web pick‑ups as needed.
Adhere to company policies and pharmacy quality standards.
