Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver courteous checkout service and support the pharmacy team. Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer PTCB certification and basic math/computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service at the cash register.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.
• Maintain store appearance, inventory and pricing accuracy.
• Support Pharmacy Department with inventory and workflow tasks.
• Handle customer questions and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
