Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-oriented associate to deliver excellent service at the checkout and assist pharmacists under supervision. You will engage customers, process transactions, and help maintain merchandising and store operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires English fluency, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and ideally retail experience. Prior Walgreens exposure and math skills are a plus, with opportunities to support pharmacy and photo services.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for accurate prescription filling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Register customer purchases, handle cash, and process refunds and exchanges.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision and use pharmacy systems for patient information.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves and manage inventory.
• Provide customer service in photo area and support web pick-up orders.
