Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an engaged team member to deliver exceptional customer service at the register, assist in the pharmacy under supervision, and help with inventory and displays. You will greet customers, process purchases, and support pharmacists with prescription processing and patient information.

The role requires English fluency, flexible scheduling, and basic math and computer skills. Prior retail experience and PTCB certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens exposure.
• Strong math skills for accurate prescription filling and cash handling.
• Good computer proficiency and familiarity with store inventory control.
• PTCB certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, provide assistance, and ensure a positive experience.
• Operate cash register, handle transactions, and balance cash drawer.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision, enter patient data, and process prescriptions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store and pharmacy areas.
• Support inventory, shelves, displays, and promotional setups.
• Handle calls related to prescriptions and assist with third-party claims.
