Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience team member for our store. You will greet customers, help them find products, and process purchases with accuracy while maintaining clean, well‑merchandised shelves.

You will also support pharmacy tasks under supervision and assist with inventory, displays, and web order pickups. Applicants should have excellent English, a flexible schedule, and preferably six months of retail experience; PTCB certification is a plus and Walgreens experience is

Qualifications

Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
Prior work experience with Walgreens preferred.
Good math skills for accurate prescription filling (counting, measuring, weighing).
Good computer skills expected.
Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with products to ensure a positive experience.
Provide courteous, fast, and efficient service at registers and assist with transactions.
Recommends items and upsell to customers.
Assist with inventory, merchandising, and stocking as directed by management.
Assist pharmacy staff with workflow and entry of patient and drug information where applicable.
