Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused team member to greet customers, assist with products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will help with prescriptions under supervision, maintain shelves, and support the pharmacy team with inventory and data entry.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, basic math and computer skills, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends. PTCB certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Prefer good math skills for prescriptions.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and assists with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Models customer service best practices for a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service on register and in-store tasks.
• Assists pharmacists and staff with prescription handling and inventory management.
• Maintains store cleanliness, displays, and merchandising.
• Supports Pharmacy Department with order processing and claims handling.
