Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a Pharmacy Customer Experience Associate in the United States (Michigan). You will greet customers, ring up sales, and assist the pharmacist under supervision, using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and provide excellent service.

The role requires flexibility for evenings/weekends, familiarity with basic math and computer skills, and prior retail experience, ideally with Walgreens. Training and certification support are provided as part of ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Prefer good math skills and computer skills; knowledge of store inventory control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer checkout service with courtesy, speed, and accuracy.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision and uses pharmacy systems to access patient and drug information.
• Recommends items and assists customers in locating products.
• Maintains clean, stocked counters and shelves and processes returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Handles pharmacy-related tasks as directed by Pharmacy Manager or Store Manager, including inventory assistance.
