Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for filling prescriptions accurately.
• Prefer good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on the cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
• Assist the pharmacist under supervision with prescription processing.
• Provide customer service, greet customers, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Suggest items, perform merchandising, and maintain clean, stocked counters and shelves.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems and support workflow.
• Handle phone calls, process returns, exchanges, and other clerical duties.
• Support inventory management and adherence to store policies.
