Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Data Entry/Customer Service Technician to support our pharmacy operations in Pensacola, FL. The role involves answering phones, processing orders, and resolving customer inquiries under the Data Entry Manager's guidance.

You will triage faxes, clarify orders, and ensure timely responses. Onsite shift 2:30pm–11:00pm with rotating weekends and holidays. Qualified candidates hold an active Florida Pharmacy Technician license, have prior pharmacy experience,

Qualifications

• Active FL Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician Licensed required.
• Previous experience in pharmacy.
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills required.
• Great telephone etiquette a must.
• Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.
• Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
• Clarify orders as needed.
