Job summary

Specialty Rx, Inc. is a pharmacy services provider seeking a Pharmacy Technician Data Entry Specialist to support customer orders and inquiries in our Orlando facility. This role requires a current Florida Pharmacy Technician license and familiarity with pharmacy workflows.

You will work 2:30pm-11:00pm onsite, collaborating with the Data Entry Manager to ensure accurate processing, timely responses, and adherence to CARE values.

Qualifications

• Active FL Board of Pharmacy license as Pharmacy Technician is required.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy setting.
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.
• Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
