Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Pharmacy Technician/Data Entry support to join our team on the 2:30pm–11:00pm shift. You will answer phones, process orders, and assist with customer inquiries while maintaining accuracy in medication information.

Qualifications

• Active FL Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician licensed required.
• Previous experience in pharmacy.
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills required.
• Great telephone etiquette a must.
• Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.
• Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
• Clarify orders as needed.
