Job summary

Specialty Rx, Inc. is hiring a Pharmacy Technician in Pensacola, FL to support staff pharmacists and ensure accurate order processing. You will enter new orders, maintain customer information, generate labels, answer phones, and triage faxes, all while delivering CARE culture values.

The role requires Florida Board-registered technician status, prior pharmacy experience, ability to multitask, quick typing, and independence. Onsite 2:30pm-11:00pm with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with FL Board of Pharmacy.
• Experience in pharmacy required.
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
• Must be multi-tasking and reliable.
• Knowledge of SIG-Codes.
• Quick typing skills.
• Computer literate, knowledge of Frameworks LTC system, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate customer information.
• Generate labels for dispensing.
• Answer phones and respond to order inquiries.
• Clarify orders as needed.
• Triage incoming faxes.
