Job summary

Specialty Rx, Inc. in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Data Entry / Customer Service associate to support pharmacy operations and order processing. You will answer phone calls, handle orders, and respond to inquiries while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires a valid Florida Pharmacy Technician license, prior pharmacy experience, and strong computer skills; the shift is 2:30pm–11:00pm with rotating weekends and onsite work.

Qualifications

• Active FL Board of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Technician license are required.
• Previous experience in pharmacy.
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills required.
• Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager
• Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
• Clarify orders as needed
