Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. seeks a licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Florida. You will handle order processing, phone inquiries, and triage faxes while maintaining accuracy and customer service excellence.

Key responsibilities include resolving client questions, clarifying orders, and supporting the Data Entry Manager. Onsite role with a 2:30pm–11:00pm shift and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Previous experience in pharmacy.
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills required.
• Great telephone etiquette a must.
• Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.
• Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
• Clarify orders as needed.
