Job summary

Specialty Rx, Inc. is seeking a Registered Pharmacy Technician to enter new orders for staff pharmacist review, maintain accurate customer information, and generate dispensing labels for efficient service.

The role requires Florida Board licensure, previous pharmacy experience, and the ability to work independently on-site in Orlando. Evening hours 2:30pm–11:00pm with rotating weekends, serving customers and internal staff with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with FL Board of Pharmacy.
• Previous experience in pharmacy required.
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
• Must be multi-tasking and reliable.
• Knowledge of SIG-Codes.
• Quick typing skills.
• Computer literate, knowledge of Frameworks LTC system, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate customer information.
• Generate labels for dispensing.
• Answer phones and respond to order inquiries.
• Clarify orders as needed.
• Triage incoming faxes.
