Job summary

SpecialtyRx, a Long-Term Care pharmacy in Orlando, FL, seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support data entry, order processing, and customer inquiries. This onsite role requires an active Florida Pharmacy Technician license and LTC experience.

You will answer phones, triage orders, clarify details, and resolve client questions while maintaining accuracy and a strong attention to detail. Evening shift: 2:30pm–11:00pm, with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Active FL Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician Licensed required.
• Previous experience in pharmacy.
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills required.
• Great telephone etiquette a must.
• Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.
• Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
• Clarify orders as needed.
