Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound calls and automated dialer systems.
• Assesses customer needs for additional products/services.
• Educates customers about products/services.
• Documents calls in computerized records.
• Enters customer orders in computerized system.
• Verifies and updates demographic information in records.
• Reads and analyzes patient orders and pharmacy terminology.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and patients.
• Assists in training of employees.
• Calculates figures related to frequency and doses dispensed.
• Follows oral and written instructions.
