Job summary

Walgreens Co. is looking for a customer-focused associate to support daily retail operations and assist pharmacists under supervision. You will ensure a positive shopping experience, handle registers, and participate in pharmacy-related tasks with accuracy and care.

Ideal candidates are English-proficient, flexible to evening/weekend shifts, and comfortable using store systems. Prior pharmacy exposure is a plus; extensive on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Performs duties assigned by Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist, including inventory management and processing prescriptions.
• Maintains store cleanliness and merchandising, assists with product placement and displays.
• Provides customer service in photo area and handles special pharmacy tasks as needed.
