You will aggressively source, screen, and place healthcare professionals, manage the full recruitment cycle, build pipelines, and nurture clinician relationships in a fast-paced, sales-driven setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
• 1+ year of recruitment or related sales experience, ideally in staffing.
• Driven to meet targets with a proven track record.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with relevant computer applications and databases.
• Self-starter able to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Excellent communicator with strong phone and messaging skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with task prioritization.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
