Job summary

GalenusCare is seeking a Pharmacy Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of licensed pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. This hybrid role requires collaboration with pharmacy operations and entails managing recruitment processes for various pharmacy positions while ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in pharmacy recruiting. Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurances, PTO, and paid holidays for full-time employees working 35+ hours a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in pharmacy recruiting.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy roles and licensure requirements (RPh, PharmD, CPhT).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for pharmacy roles.
• Develop job descriptions with hiring managers.
• Source candidates and conduct interviews.
• Maintain records in compliance with regulations.
• Represent the organization at career fairs.
• Collaborate with compensation for benchmarking.
