Job summary

Amazon is expanding its Pharmacy Talent Acquisition team and seeks a sourcing recruiter to partner with hiring managers and leaders across pharmacy leadership, pharmacists, technicians, and customer care. You will own top-of-funnel strategies, build candidate pipelines, and drive proactive market research to improve hiring outcomes.

Role can be based out of Nashville, Seattle, or Arlington. You will lead sourcing initiatives, manage relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to Amazon's

Qualifications

• 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
• Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
• Conduct initial phone screens, set expectations about the particular role and process, and effectively position Amazon Pharmacy's mission and culture to prospective talent.
• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations.
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
• Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
• Possess strong ability to screen and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a strong candidate pipeline.
