Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacy leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to Pharmacy Leads and staff.
• Oversee workforce planning, service levels, and productivity targets for Pharmacy.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with TPAs, PBMs, and vendors.
