Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Services leader to manage a team of clinical pharmacists and oversee program development, safety, and affordability initiatives across lines of business. You will driveStars, HEDIS, eValu8, and related programs while ensuring compliance and high-quality outcomes.

You will lead matrixed teams across departments, engage with client contracts, and supervise up to 10 direct reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.; Residency certificate or advanced degree preferred.
• Three years of experience in patient care and management or related health care delivery business experience.
• Licensed pharmacist in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical pharmacy program development, implementation, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-organizational teams and external vendors to meet client needs.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations; monitor service levels and contracts.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance development for staff.
• Oversee budget, staffing, and resource allocation to achieve financial targets.
