Job summary

Outcomes® is seeking a Pharmacist to design and manage clinical programs, coordinating with internal teams and external clients. You will oversee program setup, respond to client requests, and analyze clinical data to inform service offerings.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Clinical Operations, Product, Quality, and Technology, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications

• MTM experience preferred.
• Pharmacist license in good standing (state board).
• Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) required.
• 1 year minimum work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new clinical programs aligned with client needs and company priorities.
• Maintain clinical programs per CMS guidelines.
• Provide clinical account management support to clients.
• Manage client clinical program setup and design.
