Job summary

AbsoluteCARE Medical Center & Pharmacy seeks an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee clinical and daily pharmacy operations within the clinic. You will supervise pharmacists and technicians, ensure safe and accurate dispensing, and lead the delivery of comprehensive pharmacy care to patients.

You will collaborate with clinicians, manage 340B inventory, drive quality assurance, and develop clinical programs for complex patient populations, while aligning with the clinic leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Registered Pharmacist without restriction in state of practice required.
• 3 years’ pharmacist/pharmacy manager experience in clinic/healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with interdisciplinary teams focused on patient-centered care.
• Clinical pharmacy programs or MTM/adhherence experience preferred.
• 340B program experience is advantageous.
• Experience serving patients eligible for government insurance programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations including dispensing, security, and accuracy of processes.
• Lead and develop pharmacy team: hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance review.
• Ensure timely patient counseling and support; maintain QA, accuracy, and safety of medications.
• Coordinate with providers and care team to integrate pharmacy services into patient care.
• Develop and oversee clinical pharmacy programs for targeted patient populations.
• Manage inventory, storage, transportation, and 340B inventory integrity.
• Complete charting, reporting, and ensure compliance with regulations.
