Job summary

HealthPoint is seeking a Specialty Clinical Pharmacist to develop and expand clinical programs within its specialty pharmacy. You will work under the Pharmacy Manager to guide operations, provide patient- and provider-facing consultation and support, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities include implementing clinical services, reviewing medications for safety, and collaborating with care teams to improve access and affordability of specialty medications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or PharmD.
• Active WA pharmacy license in good standing.
• CSP/BCPS/BCACP certifications are assets and timeline requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to educate patients in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and expand clinical programs in HealthPoint Specialty Pharmacy.
• Provide drug therapy information including dosage, administration, and side effects.
