Job summary

AssistRx, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Clinical Operations in Kansas to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure clinical appropriateness of prescriptions, and supervise pharmacists. The role requires licensure and pharmacy expertise to support program quality and patient care.

You will lead clinical decision-making, coordinate with physicians and care teams, and drive accreditation and policy development initiatives for multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Licensed pharmacist with Kansas Board of Pharmacy.
• 2–4 years of Retail, Mail or Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensing of products.
• Evaluate prescriptions for clinical appropriateness and validity according to regulatory standards.
• Oversee pharmacists daily activities.
• Coordinate with physicians’ offices, patients, and call center staff.
• Provide patient counseling, education and monitoring for Rx products.
• Support accreditation activities and develop policy/procedure documents.
• Identify and report adverse events and safety information.
