Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in Michigan; MTM certification required.
• Demonstrate strong ethics, reliability and punctuality.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and judgment.
• Three to five years pharmacy experience with supervision duties.

Responsibilities

• Direct administrative, management, and clinical functions of the Pharmacy.
• Ensure clinical pharmacy aspects are integrated into services.
• Lead medication utilization reviews and formulary management.
• Monitor outcomes, adverse events, and medication errors.
• Provide staff supervision and training for pharmacy personnel.
