Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to handle confidential information

Desired Qualifications:

• Any previous comparable experience
• Experience with customer service, including registries, phone, and cashier
• Experience with inventory control in a retail environment

Responsibilities:

• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations; report all illegal activity, including robbery, theft, or fraud
• Follow safety and sanitation regulations and identify unsafe conditions
• Create a welcoming environment for customers
• Maintain departmental standards, including cleanliness and organization
• Follow company guidelines on inventory management and control
• Answer phone calls and assist customers appropriately
• Promote sales and services to customers and staff
• Adhere to policies on coupons, cash shortages, and shrink guidelines
• Operate the cash register following all policies to prevent loss
• Provide excellent customer service during product dispensing, if applicable
• Follow HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Support health and wellness initiatives
• Work cooperatively in high-paced, stressful environments
• Manage conflicts professionally
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Follow directions and seek assistance when needed
