Minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to handle confidential information

Desired qualifications:

• Any previous comparable experience
• Experience with inventory control in a retail environment
• Experience with customer service, including registries, phone, and cashier
• Support company health and wellness initiatives
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Provide stellar customer experience while accurately performing all steps of release to patient and product dispensing, if legally permissible
• Follow company guidelines on cash register operation and policies to prevent loss, including handling electronic transactions and cash
• Adhere to guidelines on accepting vendor coupons, cash shortages, and shrink control
• Promote sales and services to customers and staff
• Answer phones, triage calls, and handle inquiries appropriately
• Manage inventory control, including shelf maintenance and inventory management systems
• Maintain clean and organized work stations and customer areas
• Create a welcoming environment for customers
• Comply with safety, sanitation, and health regulations and report unsafe conditions or illegal activity
