Minimum qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to handle confidential information

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous comparable experience
• Experience with customer service, including registries, phone, and cashier
• Experience with inventory control in a retail environment

Responsibilities include:

• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations; report illegal activity such as robbery, theft, or fraud.
• Follow safety and sanitation regulations and identify unsafe conditions.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Maintain clean and organized work stations and customer areas.
• Follow company guidelines on inventory management and control.
• Answer phones, triage calls, and assist customers.
• Promote sales and services to customers and staff.
• Adhere to policies on coupons, cash shortages, and shrink guidelines.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions securely.
• Provide excellent customer service during product and medication dispensing, where applicable.
• Follow HIPAA and company policies on patient and customer information.
