Minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure

Desired qualifications:

• Previous relevant experience or equivalent experience of a pharmacy technician
• Support company health and wellness initiatives
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required by state
• Assist pharmacists in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
• Provide excellent customer service while accurately completing all steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing
• Support training of clerks and technicians
• Compound medications according to regulations
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
• Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms and resources
• Conduct CLIA-waived screenings in compliance with laws and policies
• Provide additional health and wellness services permitted by law
• Follow sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions
• Comply with all regulatory requirements and report illegal activities
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
