Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers courteously.
• Assist customers at the register with prescriptions, OTC products, and groceries.
• Identify customer needs and help locate products, coordinating with pharmacists.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment including register and phones.
• Assist in processing prescriptions and patient information forms with PHI precautions.
• Support pharmacists, unpack pharmacy orders, and keep the area clean and safe.
