Job summary

H-E-B Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Care Representative to join a team focused on delivering exceptional patient service. You will work closely with Pharmacists, Technicians, and PCRs to process prescriptions, assist customers, and ensure accurate Rx delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service in a pharmacy setting.
• Assist pharmacists and technicians to ensure efficient production.
• Process prescriptions and manage Will-Call and RXEVO transactions.
• Support vaccine and MTM related activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and operational cleanliness.
