Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience in administrative/customer-service environments.
• Experience in call-center or patient services with pharmacy/billing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient and external requests via incoming calls to achieve First Call Resolution.
• Coordinate with on-site staff to process requests and ensure complete data.
• Maintain accurate patient information and provide a positive patient experience.
• Serve as a resource to patients and the Mail Order Pharmacy team.
• Follow mail order processes for refills, orders, and data gaps.
• Track follow-up work with supervisory support and participate in process improvements.
• Attend daily huddles and team meetings to improve workflows.
• Demonstrate understanding of Martin’s Point mission, vision, and values.
