OU Health seeks a Pharmacy Benefits Navigator II to proactively identify and overcome barriers to medication access for patients. You will manage complex prior authorizations, copay assistance programs, and care coordination to ensure timely therapy initiation and continuation.

The role requires strong judgment, independence, and professionalism, with background as a pharmacy technician or similar role involving payer interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years as a pharmacy technician.
• Active Oklahoma Pharmacy Technician permit within 6 weeks of hire.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required.

Responsabilités

• Resolve medication access barriers including prior authorizations and copay assistance.
• Submit clinical and insurance documentation for prior authorizations.
• Navigate copay programs and grant funding to reduce patient costs.
• Act as liaison between patients, providers, pharmacies and payers.
• Recruit and enroll eligible patients into OU Health's specialty pharmacy program.
• Provide medication adherence support and education to patients.
