OU Health is seeking a Pharmacy Benefits Navigator II to proactively remove barriers to medication access for patients. This role handles prior authorizations, copay assistance, and care coordination, drawing on pharmacy technician background and payer interaction.

The candidate will work with patients, prescribers, pharmacies and payers to ensure timely therapy initiation and continuation while upholding regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualificações

• Requires high school diploma or GED and pharmacy technician experience.
• Proven ability to manage prior authorizations and financial assistance programs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve medication access barriers: prior auths, copay and grants.
• Collect and submit clinical and insurance documentation for approvals.
• Navigate manufacturer copay programs and patient financial assistance.
• Coordinate between patients, prescribers, pharmacies and payers.
• Recruit and enroll eligible patients into OU Health’s specialty program.
• Provide adherence support and education to patients.
• Document activities in pharmacy systems accurately.
