Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Retail Pharmacy Automation- Central Region to drive business development with independent retail pharmacies across the US, focusing on Health Mart. You will build strategic plans, manage pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams to exceed sales targets, travel frequently, and uphold ICARE/ILEAD principles.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years B2B field sales experience in the pharmacy or healthcare space.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Experience with Salesforce.com is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed annual territory sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans involving Health Mart stakeholders as well as individual and group pharmacy owners.
• Collaborate closely with all departments of McKesson to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Develop strategic relationships within the McKesson and Health Mart organizations.
• Manage sales funnel and sales process outputs, as well as accurately forecasting within assigned territory.
• Work closely with Leadership and Product Development to assess market trends, identify needs, and provide input.
• Perform other sales and company activities as directed.
• Travel frequently to support industry events, as well as support internal and external customers.
