This Regional Sales Manager, Retail Pharmacy Automation- Central Region will be responsible for business development and sales activity with a focus on independent retail pharmacies across the US with emphasis on Health Mart franchise pharmacies.

Qualifications

Proven track record of sales excellence and relationship building.
4-year College Degree or related and equivalent experience.
4+ years B2B field sales experience in pharmacy or healthcare space.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed annual territory sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans involving Health Mart stakeholders and pharmacy owners.
Collaborate with McKesson departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Develop strategic relationships within McKesson and Health Mart.
Manage sales funnel and forecasting within the territory.
Work with Leadership and Product Development to assess market trends and needs.
Travel to support industry events and customers.
