Qualifications

• 4+ years B2B field sales experience in the pharmacy or healthcare space
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• High level verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative approach to working with colleagues
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel extensively domestically and internationally
• Valid driver's license required

• Experience and understanding of the US healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed annual territory sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans involving Health Mart stakeholders and pharmacy owners.
• Collaborate with McKesson departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop strategic relationships within McKesson and Health Mart.
• Manage sales funnel and forecasting within territory.
• Work with Leadership and Product Development to assess market trends and needs.
• Support industry events and internal/external customers.
• Travel frequently to events and customers.
