Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Retail Pharmacy Automation – Central Region, to lead business development and sales across independent retail pharmacies in the US with emphasis on Health Mart franchises. You will build strategic relationships and drive sales targets.

Candidates should have 4+ years of B2B field sales in the pharmacy space, a 4-year degree, and strong communication skills with the ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• 4-year College Degree or related and equivalent experience.
• 4+ years B2B field sales experience in the pharmacy or pharmacy adjacent healthcare space.
• Experience with Health Mart / retail pharmacy networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed annual territory sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans involving Health Mart stakeholders and pharmacy owners.
• Collaborate with McKesson departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop strategic relationships within McKesson and Health Mart organizations.
• Manage sales funnel and forecast outputs within the territory.
• Coordinate with Leadership and Product Development to assess market trends and needs.
